We think that all businesses need to at least have an awareness of what is currently best practice in the world of mental health. It sounds a small thing, but it can be a very important factor in looking after employees. Or perhaps a business can offer a bitesize training program that does not mean a lot of time out of the office.
This is where our Small Steps to Thrive webinars come into their own. There are six in total, each one intended to educate and inform teams and companies about mental health awareness.
Each Small Step will educate on specific topics within the mental health portfolio. For example, helping to reduce anxiety levels, managing stress and pressure in the home/workplace, or having an overview and understanding about what mental health actually is.
It is important that now, more than ever, we ensure our mental health and mental strength are as strong and resilient as they can be.
